What if I need to return an order?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by from the day your package was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All items must be unworn and unwashed. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Can I exchange my order?
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for any other reason, please return your item per our refund policy above. We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges at this time.
If you return an item, shipping cost is NOT refunded.
We do not accept returns or exchanges after 14 days.
